2.Set up Board Director and member who can work for this ngo and can full fill the target of an NGO,they all shall be responsible for every ngo activity.
3.Memorandum and article of association, it is for the board and also for the information about the functioning body of the board.
4.Now you can proceed for the registration of ngo to your nearest Sub Divisional Magistrate Or to your special Registrar Officer.It depends upon your state that to whom it should be apply,because its process and fee may be different but it is not a big difference or big issue.
Once documents are ready then you can submit your application form and fee then any one can get registration of NGO under these Act.
-Society Registration Act.There should be minimum seven member.
-Indian Trust Act In charitable Trust at least two people are required no limit for maximum member in the trust.
-Companies Act, non profit company can be registered under section 8 of the companies act.

We want to tell you that it relay according to state rules,For example In delhi if you are registering a NGO then first of all name should be registered for name registration thay will charge 1000 to 2000 and after that for govt fee then you will proceed to register for NGO and to arrange all documents and stamp paper fee it will cost you 1000 to 2000, then after if you are registering under companies act or Indian Trust Act then the fee formate shall be different for final process.

If we talks About Britain then it is very informative to know that in Britain no need to register any NGO but if your NGO doing specific figure of payments then the registration of NGO shall come in roll, It should not be more then 5000 in British Currency,if it is above the 5000 amount then Registration is necessary.
