Some Time we like to use Cheque to send big amount to another person, although it was a olny option to send money but after the Net Banking and digital currency in India most of the people seeing to another Digital platform to send money, But we are here to talk about Cheque Bounce .

 Maximum people even today use Cheque to send money because it is a bank instrument and more reliable .

Now the question is what is cheque bounce, Cheque bounce occurs when a person gives a cheque to the bank for payment but due to some reason the bank rejects that Cheque.

There can be any reason behind the rejection of the check, such as non-balance, signature match did not happen or there can be any reason behind the rejection of the check, such as non-balance, signature match did not happen or sometime it can be revoked by owner of the cheques.

Time Limite to file cheque Bounce case.

 It has been seen many times that people are confused in the likely time to file the cheques Bounce Case.

For Example Today Cheque is Bounced and you have taken Memo from the bank, then you can send him a Notice through your Counsel within 30 Day's From the Date Of Cheque Bounce,after checking in Postal Tracking Report when he will Received that Notice from that day when he received your Notice you can wait for his reply For 15 Day's.

Now When 15 Day's time Period will Expire then after the expiration of 15 days you can file a case into the Court with in the time period of 30 Days.

Starting Time when Cheque is Bounce to sending Notice within =30 Day's
When Notice recieved wait for his reply =15 Day's
If No Reply Then after Completing the 15 Days time period File a case Within =30 Day's.
Total is. 30+15=45 .
But last 30 days is limitations Period to file the Case.
